                         setores sociais. Levando em considera{\c{c}}{\~a}o que em 
                         regi{\~o}es urbanizadas as edifica{\c{c}}{\~o}es s{\~a}o 
                         elementos essenciais para composi{\c{c}}{\~a}o da paisagem, a 
                         detec{\c{c}}{\~a}o de suas altera{\c{c}}{\~o}es {\'e} de 
                         grande utilidade em diversas {\'a}reas. A {\'a}rea de estudo se 
                         encontra na cidade de Curitiba e foram selecionadas duas amostras 
                         de nuvem de pontos LiDAR nos anos de 2002 e 2012, obtidas dos 
                         sistemas ATML2050 e PegasusHD500. A pirori, leu-se os pontos no 
                         MicroStation via TerraScan, utilizou-se o Classify Ground para 
                         classifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o da nuvem e, a partir de ent{\~a}o, 
                         executou-se uma macro para extra{\c{c}}{\~a}o das {\'a}reas 
                         constru{\'{\i}}das. Assim, procedeu-se com a 
                         compara{\c{c}}{\~a}o dos resultados via valida{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         por imagens GoogleEarth e o c{\'a}lculo das novas {\'a}reas 
                         constru{\'{\i}}das. Verificou-se que os valores de 
                         par{\^a}metros utilizados foram v{\'a}lidos para a {\'a}rea 
                         urbana, sendo poss{\'{\i}}vel a detec{\c{c}}{\~a}o e 
                         quantifica{\c{c}}{\~a}o das altera{\c{c}}{\~o}es na {\'a}rea 
                         constru{\'{\i}}da. ABSTRACT: The Brazilian population faces a 
                         progressive increase of its population impacting several social 
                         sectors. Taking into account that in urbanized regions buildings 
                         are essential elements for landscape composition, the detection of 
                         their changes is of great use in several areas. The study area is 
                         located in the city of Curitiba and two cloud samples of LiDAR 
                         points were selected in the years 2002 and 2012, obtained from the 
                         ATML2050 and PegasusHD500 systems. A pirori, the points were read 
                         in the MicroStation via TerraScan, the Classify Ground was used 
                         for cloud classification and, from then on, a macro was executed 
                         to extract the constructed areas. Thus, the results were compared 
                         through validation by GoogleEarth images and the calculation of 
                         the new constructed areas. It was verified that the values of 
                         parameters used were valid for the urban area, being possible the 
                         detection and quantification of the changes in the constructed 
                         area.",
